A Budget that Prioritizes People. . . .

As a state we can do a better job managing our resources, funding our priorities, and meeting the needs of North Dakotans. The devastating budget cuts imposed in the last legislative session affected K-12 education, behavioral health services, higher education, and many other sectors of our state. They also pushed the burden of property taxes to the local community. We can do better.
